We have received a request from the Lancashire Directors of Public Health asking us to consider not holding services in our buildings in light of the new strain of Covid-19, which is more transmissible. We have therefore taken the decision to move to online services only for the foreseeable future.

Our morning services will premiere on our YouTube channel at 10.30am. These can be found here.

Our evening services will be on zoom. Please contact the church office if you would like the link.

We look forward to the time when we can all meet together again, and until then we will continue to make our morning services accessible to everyone on YouTube.

We are an Anglican Evangelical Church, part of the Diocese of Blackburn and the Deanery of Preston, made up of people from all walks of life and from different backgrounds and cultures. We enjoy being a diverse community all sharing in a common goal of growing in our love for Jesus and making Jesus known in our community. Come and join us at one of our services where you will be made welcome.

We are committed to safeguarding children, young people, victims/perpetrators of domestic abuse and vulnerable adults. Our Parochial Church Council (PCC) has adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practice on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website https://www.churchofengland.org/safeguarding/promoting-safer-church/policy-practice-guidance
Our Parish Safeguarding Officer is Julia Bell, who can be contacted by email at safeguarding@ststephenspreston.org.uk
